Honest Greek Food,
Samian Soul
Fresh local ingredients · Samos wine · Cooked with care
Real Greek food,
made with love
No gimmicks, no pretence. Just proper Greek cooking using what's fresh, what's local, and what tastes good — the way it's always been done on this island.

Good food is
simple food
At Elea, we cook what we'd eat ourselves. Greek classics prepared properly — fresh tomatoes from the garden, herbs grown a few steps away, fish that came in that morning, and meat slow-cooked the way your grandmother would recognise.
Every season the menu shifts with what's available locally. We don't import fancy ingredients or follow food trends. We follow what Samos grows, what the sea brings in, and what has always tasted right.
Come hungry. Sit outside if you can. Order the mezedes. Try the wine.

What you'll find
at Elea
Samos wine —
as it should be
Samos has been making wine since antiquity. Pythagoras drank it. Byron wrote about it. You should try it.
A glass of Samos
Samos Muscat is one of the most celebrated dessert wines in Greece — sweet, golden, fragrant with apricot and honey. But the island also produces excellent dry whites that pair perfectly with grilled fish and mezedes.
At Elea we serve both. The Muscat after dinner. The dry whites with food. Cold, generous pours, and no pretentious lecture about terroir.
- Samos Muscat — sweet, golden, floral. Served chilled as aperitif or with dessert.
- Samos Dry White — crisp, refreshing. The perfect companion to fresh seafood.
- Samian rosé — light and fruity, ideal on a hot afternoon by the pool.
- Greek reds — full-bodied mainland varieties to pair with slow-cooked meat.

Cocktails by the pool,
cold beers, cold wine
Our pool bar is open from morning coffee to late-night drinks. No dress code, no fuss — just good drinks, good company and the Samos sun doing its thing.
